530 pm: Performance, Sursa–FULL CAST (full show)
*Bring Track Suits to change into after performance for set tear-down (with tennis shoes and gray University Singers/Ball State t-shirt)
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 20: BSU Foundation Gig–Alumni Center
300 pm(?): Set and sound assembly in Alumni Center, meet in band room, MU 117 (casual)–FULL CAST
600 pm: Call time, MU 117 (location may change due to opera) to get dressed and drive to Alumni Center (Track Suits)–FULL CAST
700 pm: Performance, Alumni Center–FULL CAST (20-ish minute show)

MOVIN’ TOO FAST–SOLO AUDITIONS
Hey, Glee Club! So, we might want to avoid the awkward moment in Movin’ Too Fast when we’re all jammin’ toward a soloist that doesn’t exist… AKA we’ll be auditioning the solo tomorrow, Monday, November 9! CS
TRAVEL ATTIRE
Echoing the email I sent last week, we will be wearing Travel Attire when we report to our call time on Sunday, the 15th. That being said, make sure you have everything you need (including your pins and nametags)! Questions, let me know. CS
THANKSGIVING DINNER 2009!
Instead of rehearsing, we will be celebrating Thanksgiving as a cast on Tuesday, November 17! We won’t have Circle or anything; instead, we’ll have a legit Thanksgiving dinner at 800 pm in MU 123. Please look nice–khakis, nice jeans, and cute tops will be just fine. This is a great time for us to enjoy the holiday season together. There will be lots of food, and maybe even some Thanksgiving carols… :) Unlike other cast activities, this event is open to current cast and alumni only. Mrs. Andis has been kind enough to head it up this year, so she will be asking for our help with bringing in food this week. Since it falls on a Tuesday evening, I expect EVERYONE to attend. It’ll be fun! CS
CHRISTMAS PARTY 2009!
As if Thanksgiving Dinner wasn’t enough… we’ll celebrate Christmas as a cast on Tuesday, December 8! Every year, Jan and Rod are kind enough to invite us all to their home for food, games, Secret Santa, caroling, and of course, Polish Mistakes. 
This will be another no-Circle-type deal; we’ll meet at Jan’s house instead at 700 pm. And again, since this falls on a Tuesday, Jan (and I) will expect EVERYONE to be there. Yaaaay! CS
SCRAMBLE LIGHT
Don’t forget to sign up for a time to be at the Scramble Light Wed, Thurs, or Fri. This is a requirement for everyone in the cast. If you have any questions, email me. AP
CAST CONCERNS
Over the weekend, Chelsea Martin went up to the OSU vs. PSU game. While there, her dad, Tracey Martin, took a bad fall and had some serious head damage. He was careflighted to a trauma center in Pennsylvania and a catscan found that his skull is cracked from front to back and he has bleeding and swelling of the brain. A Neurosurgeon came and did another catscan this morning around 5am and found that everything was stable. He has now been moved from ICU into regular care, but in a lot of pain. They are trying to find the right medication to ease the pain and monitoring him every hour.
Please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers! I know she would greatly appreciate it! I’m getting updates as they come, so if you want to know more just let me know.
