DON NEUEN WORKSHOP–GLEE CLUB
The Don Neuen workshop is this Thursday, April 23, from 930-1045 am in MU 123. Glee Club, you need to report to MU 123 at 900 am in Travel Attire.  Band and tech, you are definitely encouraged to attend if you have time in your schedule.  Travel Notices are available in the office.  Jan has been asked to organize a reception in Mr. Neuen’s honor on Friday, April 24 at 430 pm in Sursa’s Choral Hall. For those of you who have volunteered to help, Jan will be coming to reauditions on Tuesday (April 21) with details.  CS

REAUDITONS!
Current cast reauditions are this Tuesday, April 21! Please refer to last week’s Company Briefs if you are unsure what to prepare.  If you plan to audition for a different part of the group (for example, a band member auditioning for the Glee Club), you may reaudition Tuesday or you may wait until new cast auditions.  Your choice!  CS

HOUSEKEEPING
Please continue to clean up the office and pit when you have some spare time.  There are several items on my desk (the one under the non-Wall of Shame pictures) that are NOT mine.  I will be placing these things in the pit and throwing them away in a week if they are not claimed.  CS

NEW CAST AUDITIONS
Last Tuesday, we all signed up to work an audition date.  Please remember when you signed up, and see Ellen if you don’t remember.  ALL CAST MEMBERS are REQUIRED to work at least ONE audition.  If for some reason you haven’t signed up for a date yet, please talk to Ellen.  If you are working an audition, you need to arrive an hour and a half before auditions begin (see specific call times below).  Please feel free to attend all three audition dates!  I will be!  CS

PRODUCTION STAFF INTERVIEWS
The new ACM and I will be conducting Production Staff interviews on Friday, May 1, at 230 pm in MU 123. If you are interested in interviewing for a position but are unavailable to make it at this time, please let me know and we’ll meet with you separately.  Any questions about the way these interviews work, let me know!  CS

INDIANAPOLIS ARTS GARDEN PERFORMANCE 05.02.09
Let us not forget that we have ONE MORE performance this year!  On Saturday, May 2, we will be traveling to Indianapolis to perform for President Gora among other faculty at the Arts Garden (see call times below).  This is just like any other performance, so appear in Travel Attire and bring all appropriate things for the show (including your track suit!).  DO NOT BE LATE.  We will be eating dinner with the faculty, so be sure practice your manners!  CS
