POSTER BLITZ
If you were unable to do Poster Blitzing, you are required to get a team together and go Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. There are a few routes that have not been covered. Getting posters out into the community is the only way we’re going to attract interest. No one is going to get a crowd for us. This is our responsibility. A sign-up sheet will on the display case outside of the Singers Office. You have three different days to get this done. If you are unable to help, email me your reason.
To the people that did Poster Blitz on Thursday and Friday- THANK YOU! I hope most of the businesses on your route took a poster. Please bring in your route checklist tomorrow (Monday)! AP
SCRAMBLE LIGHT
Check your schedules! We are reserving the Scramble Light November 11th, 12th, and 13th (Wed, Thurs, Fri) from 11a-3p in order to publicize our Fall Concert more. This is a required activity for ALL cast members. There will be different time slots available so everyone has the chance to help. A sign-up sheet will be passed around Tuesday in Circle. If there is a conflict, email me your reason. AP
ATRIUM
Check your schedules again!! We will need some people to be in the Atrium the week of the concert to promote and hand out flyers! It will probably be during the busy Atrium hours so look for a sign-up sheet in circle! CH
OBEY
Don’t forget to bring your dollar to circle for this month’s Obey collection. If you didn’t bring a dollar last month you are welcome, and highly encouraged, to bring two dollars to make up for it!! CH
SOLO AUDITIONS
Ok, we’re going to try this again… If you or a small group have a song you’d like to feature in the November concert, we’ll be auditioning those this Tuesday, November 3. Please make arrangements for accompaniment before the auditions begin. They’ll be really low-key–no need to dress up or anything. If you have questions, let me know! CS
HAYRIDE!
We’ll be having our 2nd Annual Hayride this Saturday, November 7! Mr. Alder’s grandparents are kind enough to have us at their place in Alexandria again this year. They’ll be food, games, music, a bonfire, and of course–an awesome hayride! It begins at 700 pm, so we’ll meet at the loading dock to carpool around 630. Remember, everyone is welcome to bring a guest, but we’ll need to pay $5/person to help AA’s grandparents with the cost of food. We’ll need to know how many are coming, so that money is due in Circle this Tuesday, November 3. The Hayride is not a required event, but I certainly encourage ALL of you to attend. It’s a lot of fun–get excited! :) CS
PERFORMANCE PRACTICE
Mmmk, guys. The show is TWO WEEKS FROM TODAY! That means we need to kick it up a notch, and really BRING IT to rehearsal! If you need to practice vocals or choreography outside of rehearsal, please do so. We will really work on memorizing words and cleaning choreography this week, so please come prepared. And get PUMPED! CS
TRACK SUIT AND HAIR PIECE $
New members, please turn in your $45 for your tracksuit to Andy ASAP. They have been ordered, and will be arriving shortly! Glee Club ladies, we’ll have an exact total for your hairpieces and eye lashes this week. It should be no more than $7-9. CS
TRUCKS NEEDED
We are still looking for a truck to haul some of our stage pieces to Sursa Hall and the Alumni Center for our upcoming performances. If you or a friend has a pickup that we could borrow for an afternoon/evening, please let me know! BB
